How I started off

This is a blog about my art unit 4 project. The theme of the project is "flaw, perfection, compromise, ideal". I first looked at the meaning of these words, and annalist each of them, and break them into small different meanings or any synonyms of the words. Then I did a brain storm with all the ideas I had and try to select three main topics I wanted to explore at.

Then I decided to look at fabric as my main object, because I saw the ways how fabric can be torn and ripped, which represent flaw. However fabric can also transform into perfection by turning them to clothing. When I was doing researched on fabric, I spotted denim is a very unique fabric to look at, because it has a special texture, and strength, and it is one of the most popular fashion that people wear daily.
